⦁ This or her privacy policy solely applies to the websites of HomeSpace360 mobile app and cloud platform, a brand under 3D Vision Technologies Ltd., a Hong Kong corporation, with a principal place of business at 21F Hing Yip Commercial Centre, 272-284 Des Vouex Road Central, Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as "HomeSpace360") – under ⦁ www.HomeSpace360.com. Hereby all visitors and users of www.HomeSpace360.com (hereinafter “user”) are informed about the handling of their data, in particular the extent and purpose of the elicitation of personal and other data.
⦁ Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person which can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, economic, cultural or social identify of that natural person.

Azure has more global regions than any other cloud provider—offering the scale needed to bring applications closer to users around the world. For any collection of personal data by payment service operators, only those companies offering the particular payment service are responsible (§ 7).

⦁ Within the limits of their respective attributions, the following third parties may have access to personal data:
⦁ The authorized staff of the marketing department, sales department, guest service, administrative, logistics and IT services of HomeSpace360;

⦁ The authorized personnel of HomeSpace360 ’s subcontractors (for example the suppliers providing services regarding data analysis, order fulfillment, postal services etc.), noting that HomeSpace360 ensures that they show serious guarantees of security and confidentiality of the personal data submitted to them;

⦁ The authorized staff of the internal services in charge of the control.
⦁ The user may revoke his or her consent to the storage, processing and use of collected data at any time, respectively, object to the use for commercial advertisement.
Collection and Processing Of Data During Orders Of Goods, Extent And Purpose Of Collecting Data, Consent
⦁ Collection of personal data in the context of orders of goods
In the context of orders of goods by the user, HomeSpace360 collects, stores and processes the following personal data required for processing the contracts:

⦁ first name

⦁ street

⦁ house number

⦁ city

⦁ country

⦁ email address

⦁ data of chosen payment method.
The personal data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of orders of goods. It will only be processed to the extent and duration necessary to achieve such specific purpose.

By clicking the button “I Agree” consent is given to the collection and processing of personal data in the context of orders of goods and their usage described in the following subsections (2) and (3).

Further personal data may be collected by the payment processor chosen by the user (§ 7).
⦁ Usage and processing of personal data for the purpose of the purchase processing
HomeSpace360 collects, stores and processes all personal data collected in the context of orders of goods for the purpose of purchase processing, including any potential subsequent warranties, for HomeSpace360’s services, for the technical administration as well as for HomeSpace360’s own marketing purposes, subject to the user’s right to object thereof at any time.

As far as it is necessary for the purpose of processing the purchase or if the user has explicitly agreed to it, personal data will be shared or otherwise transferred to third parties. For example, in the context of handling the orders certain service providers (logisticians, carriers, banks) chosen by HomeSpace360 shall receive all necessary data for handling the order. The service providers chosen by HomeSpace360 must exclusively use all shared personal data in order to fulfil their task. Any further usage is not permitted and none of the service providers will exceed their authority.
⦁ Usage and processing of personal data for marketing purposes and for product recommendations via email.
Beyond processing the transaction, HomeSpace360 uses the collected and stored personal data in order to communicate with the user regarding his or her orders, certain products or marketing measures and in order to recommend products that the user might be interested in, subject to the user’s right to object thereof at any time.

The user regularly receives product recommendations via email. This or her service will be operated regardless of the newsletter service. By this or her means, the user shall get access to information about HomeSpace360 products that may interest him on the basis of his or her last purchase.

⦁ Collection of personal data during registration and use
During the process of registration for the use of the provided services on www.HomeSpace360.com, HomeSpace360 alternatively stores and processes the following personal data:

⦁ login data of the user's mobile phone number.
Beyond registration, HomeSpace360 does not collect any personal data during the use of the service as far as the user does not provide them voluntarily and explicitly consents to their processing.

The user gives his or her consent to the collection and processing of personal data within the scope of the registration and to the use described as followed in (2) – (4) by clicking the button “Sign up” at the end of the registration process.

The personal data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of the provided services. It will only be processed to the extent and duration necessary to achieve such specific purpose.

Personal data are collected, stored and processed for the purpose of providing HomeSpace360’s services, for inherent services, for the technical administration, especially for registration and in order to identify the user in the context of the login, for the allocation of the user’s account as well as for marketing purposes, subject to the user’s right to object thereof at any time.

Personal data will only be transferred or otherwise transmitted to any third party, if it is necessary for the purpose of providing services or billing or if the user previously has explicitly given his or her consent. The service providers chosen by HomeSpace360 must use such data exclusively for the intended purpose. Any further usage is not permitted and none of the service providers will exceed their authority.

Within the scope of registration and login via Facebook, HomeSpace360 transfers the following login data to the following service providers:

Beyond that, HomeSpace360 stores and processes data voluntarily uploaded by the user who explicitly consented to their processing, during the use of HomeSpace360 ’s services, such as

⦁ panoramas

⦁ other files

⦁ other data connected to these panoramas or files, for example geographic coordinates of the panoramas taken.
The panoramas and other files will be stored on HomeSpace360’s servers (§ 2 III). Any transfer or other transmission to any third party will only be made by the user himself, for example by sharing or posting in social media platforms. HomeSpace360 has no influence on the data processing by those social media platform providers.
⦁ Usage and processing of personal data for marketing purposes and for product recommendations via email
Beyond the purpose of providing services, HomeSpace360 uses the collected and stored personal data in order to communicate with the user about his or her orders, certain products or marketing measures and in order to recommend products that the user may be interested in, unless the user objects thereof.

The user regularly receives product recommendations via email. This or her service will be operated regardless of the newsletter service. By this or her means, the user shall get access to information about HomeSpace360 products that may interest him or her on the basis of his or her or her last purchase.
Retention Period Of The Personal Data
⦁ The user’s personal data will not be stored beyond the time limit strictly necessary to the specific purpose for which it was collected.

⦁ However, HomeSpace360 will keep such data for the purpose of analyzing or compiling aggregated statistics, for a duration exceeding the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, after irreversibly anonymizing them.

⦁ The data used for commercial prospecting purposes will be retained for a maximum period of three (3) years from the end of our commercial relationship, subject to the user’s right to object thereof.
Cookies, Storage, Consent
⦁ Cookies without reference to online advertisement
HomeSpace360 places so-called cookies that are necessary for HomeSpace360's services on www.HomeSpace360.com. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer and which your browser stores. Cookies do not contain personal data. Beside others they serve the purpose to verify the user’s authority for the request of the desired article or for online services, and to store the user's input on our website (login session cookie, shopping basket cookie, security cookie). After closing your web browser, most of the cookies HomeSpace360 uses will be deleted from the user's hard disk ("session-cookies"). The so-called "permanent cookies" remain on the user's computers, devices and enable HomeSpace360 to identify him on his or her next visit.

HomeSpace360 cooperates with external partners to place and optimize inherent or external insertions of advertisements. HomeSpace360 uses data stored by placing cookies to create advertisements on websites of third parties adjusted to the user and his or her interests (so-called Re-Targeting). This or her form of advertising is entirely pseudonymous. No personal data will be stored by placing cookies will be joined with personal data.

For the purpose of re-targeting, HomeSpace360 transfers data stored by placing cookies to the following service providers.

User's Rights
Each user has the right to withdraw his or her given consent at any time, for the future, to the collection, storage, processing and usage of personal data or usage data i.e. for marketing purposes or object to the receiving of advertisement. Notification of Breach
